Class sizes are geared towards the optimum instruction for the material being presented. In a choir class this may be upwards of 30 students, but in a fiction workshop this may be capped at 15 students. Once a class capacity has been reached, no additional students will be admitted into that class.

Students must meet the minimum age requirement for each class to participate in CSArts Academy classes. Some classes have a minimum experience level to participate and this information will be outlined in the class description. Please read these descriptions and requirements carefully to determine the best fit for your child. 

Yes, we offer supervision before and after classes for a 10 minute window. If you are late for pick-up and our supervision staff has to stay longer than 10 minutes to stay with your student, you will be charged a $20 late-pick up fee.

During our Weekend and Summer Academy sessions, we offer supervision for students attending both the morning and afternoon sessions as part of their registration fee.  Students should bring their own lunch for this break between classes.

During the Summer Academy, we offer extended care from 8:00 am- 9:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm each day for an additional fee.  Please contact Academy@CSArts.net for more information regarding extended care fees and how to register.  

We do not offer cafeteria lunches. Summer Program students who are staying for a full day (from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) should bring their own lunch, snacks and beverages.  We do have limited access to vending machines, but we cannot guarantee students will have time or access to these items every day, so we recommend that students pack lunch and snacks accordingly.

Many of our classes do sell out. If your child is interested in a class that is sold out, our online registration site will allow you to add your child's name to the wait list.  We will make every effort to add students on the wait list to any vacated spaces up to two days after the start of camp. 

We do not offer transportation.
