Thank you for visiting the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) Human Resources Center! OCSA’s mission is to provide a creative, challenging, and nurturing environment that offers bright and talented students unparalleled preparation for higher education and a profession in the arts. In support of this mission, the most important function of the Human Resources Department is to recruit, attract, and retain the highest quality teachers and staff who are committed to teaching the next generation of student artists.
